As in chinese customs, when a baby reaches 1 month old, the parents will throw in a big celebration for him/her to inform all friends and relatives that the baby is finally ready to meet everyone. Despite the trouble of bringing baby Xavier all the way from Klang, the trouble in which we had went through to prepare him as well as the event had been proven to be quite fruitful. Here are some of the pictures which were taken during the event itself.
There were James colleagues, old friends, Michele's friends who were there to see baby Xavier for the first time. The gifts from well wishers were very generous and we would like to express our thank you for all those who had attended that night.
We had been so busy entertaining guests that we had also forgot to take pictures of ourselves together with baby Xavier in the process. (Well, it's not like we are experts in parenting right ?)Nevertheless, the event adjourned around 1am with me chatting with one of my older friend after his late arrival due to job responsibilities. For those who attended and are reading this, I hope the food were good enough for you !
